Easy Returns
​We aim to provide you with a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 31 days of receiving your original order, excluding sales items.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof that you've sent it.
Once we've received your item, an e-mail will be sent to you and we will immediately apply your refund to your original payment. Please allow 1 working day for the process to be completed.
Your return does not have to be in the original packaging, but please note that a price tag is compulsory in its original form.
In the event where the item returned to us is in an unsuitable condition, however, we may have to send it back to you.
